Our Chef, Grégory Halgand, is passionate about seasonal cuisine and making dishes made from fresh-farm food.

With many years of experience, this French Chef from the region of Brittany has proven himself capable in some prestigious establishments chef de Cuisine at Restaurant “La Tour d'Argent” Paris 5ème (1 * Michelin), Chef de partie at Restaurant "le Cinq" Hôtel Georges V, Paris 8ème (2 * Michelin) or at « Dolce Chantilly » Restaurant (1* Michelin) during 5 years as Chef assistant.

During his career, Grégory Halgand was given various culinary awards, such as the 2nd Prize at the culinary competition « Toques d’Or» and 2nd Prize « Prosper Montagne » and finally won the third place in the Swiss competition for the 2016 prestigious Taittinger culinary competition.

The team won one Michelin Star 2017 for the fine-dining restaurant, le Jardin des Alpes and 16 points in Gault & Millau 2017.
